515 celebrates the enchanted time of 5:15pm, so named by our winemakers for the time they occasionally pause from their work to enjoy a taste of this bright, delightful wine.
This Provence-style dry Rose showcases a bright bouquet of raspberry, watermelon and Meyer lemon. Medium-bodied, with a rich mid-palate, this wine has a lively start with flavors of grapefruit and strawberry, then cherry, culminating in a fresh creamy finish.
Vineyard Notes
Grown in windy valleys along California's Central Coast, 515 Rose is composed of Grenache layered with Syrah and other aromatic varieties.
Pairings
Most cheese dishes pair well with a dry Rose. It has the acidity of a white wine and the fruit character of a red. Try an open-faced sandwich of asparagus, prosciutto and several layers of melted cheese or rosemary flatbread topped with bleu cheese, grapes and honey.
